Opening or Closing Presentations are 1-hour general sessions focused on a topic of importance to all conference participants.
Concurrent Presentations or Panel Presentations are 1.25-hour (75 minutes) sessions designed to build knowledge, challenge thinking and prompt discussion. (Note: There are a limited number of double-sessions available for more in-depth presentations.)
Poster Presentations: Posters are graphical representations of a topic. Posters provide an opportunity to describe a topic, share an approach to addressing the topic, and illustrate results when the approach is applied. (Note: Submissions for Poster Presentations will be opened in April 2023 and will use a separate submission form.)
Professional Development Pre-Conference Workshops are full-day (6 hours) or half-day (3 hours) events with specific learner outcomes of increased knowledge and skills. Sessions should include substantive depth in exploring the topic, include opportunity to apply new knowledge, and result in tangible next steps for the participants. These workshops will be scheduled for the day before the conference (Tuesday June 20) and will require separate registration and fees from participants.
